According to our Standard Assembly Procedure, we use appropriate tools to assemble valves and test the finished products in accordance with international standards. After the tests, the finished products will be packed and protected per customers’ requirements.

Pressure Test equipments

Threaded, Socket Weld, Butt:

• 10psi(0.69 bar) to 16000psi(1104bar)

• 1/8”(DN6) to 4”(DN100)

Flange Ball Valves:

• 1pc Unibody and 2pc Split body

• ½”(DN15) to 12”(DN300) for Class 150, 300, 600 and PN16 to PN100
